Spring has arrived in our community, and we could not be more excited! There’s no better time to experience all Shearwater has to offer than right now. From chilling poolside with the family, exploring our natural surroundings by water, taking the little ones to the park and so much more, our residents are gearing up for the best time of year to unleash their inner explorer.
With so many different experiences to choose from, we’ve highlighted the Top 5 ways our residents spring forward into their life of adventure at Shearwater.
Kayak Launch
Paddle check! Tucked away in beautifully preserved land is our kayak launch on Trout Creek. Head out on the weekend with the family to take in our beautiful surroundings on the water. Try keeping count of how many different animals you can spot and catch the sunset over the ocean. Explore your surroundings by water.
The Outpost
Hideaway with friends and family at The Outpost. Hang out on the wraparound porch overlooking lush greenery, and take in the fresh air together. A social hot spot, this is the best place to gather together and celebrate good company in a laid-back atmosphere.
Playtime Park
Don’t forget about our true mini adventurers! Let the little ones’ imaginations and energy run wild on a park built for play. From rolling across the soft grassy fields, racing down the slippery slides and flying on our zip line, let them discover all the reasons to fall in love with the outdoors.
Tennis Courts
Whether you’re wanting to learn how to play or looking for organized games, we have four Har-Tru clay courts ready for you. Change it up and meet your friends out after work for some friendly competition. Tennis is one of our favorite ways to get our daily dose of socializing and an active lifestyle!
The Kayak Club
The center of Shearwater community features Northeast Florida’s longest lazy river, float along while palm trees dance overhead. Get the best of both worlds and lounge in the lagoon or swim some laps in the lap pool. Did we mention The Perch, our three-story water slide tower? Discover all the ways you can make a splash in our resort-style pool.
