New Offerings from Three Premier Builders Launch Spring Activity at Shearwater in St. Augustine

New model homes by David Weekley Homes, Dream Finders Homes and Lennar are now open or coming soon to the amenity-rich masterplan’s latest phase

 AUGUSTINE, Florida – Highlighting an active spring of new-home opportunities at Shearwater in St. Augustine, Florida, three of America’s premier homebuilders are introducing residential collections in the amenity-rich masterplan’s latest phase of neighborhoods. New model homes by David Weekley Homes, Dream Finders Homes and Lennar are now open or coming soon to Phase 3 at Shearwater, the popular community by Freehold Communities, an affiliate of Freehold Capital Management.

David Weekley Homes will soon introduce a collection of residences on 60’ homesites in Shearwater’s South Creek neighborhood. The homes range from 2,267 to 3,089 square feet with three to six bedrooms and two to six- and one-half baths. Prices start in the $500,000s. This summer, David Weekley will celebrate the opening of a 60’ model home at South Creek. It will showcase The Riverview plan, one of the most popular selections in the collection.

David Weekley also has a limited number of 60’ homesites remaining in The Falls neighborhood, located in Phase 2 at Shearwater, priced from the mid $500,000s. A model home is now open and available for tours.

In addition, David Weekley continues to sell homes on 40’ Alley homesites in the Brookside neighborhood at Shearwater. Ranging from 1,613 to 2,374 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two- to three and one-half baths, the Alley homes are priced from the $400,000s.

Also in Brookside, Dream Finders Homes recently debuted a new 50’ model for its collection of homes ranging from 1,908 to 3,868 square feet. Priced from the high $400,000s, these residences on 50’ homesites feature three to five bedrooms and up to three baths.

In Phase 2 at Shearwater, Dream Finders has limited homes remaining from its 70’ product line. Representing the final opportunity to buy on a 70’ homesite in all of Shearwater, these homes in the Falls neighborhood range from 2,754 to 3,688 square feet with three to five bedrooms and three to four- and one-half baths. Prices start in the low $700,000s and a model home is now open for viewing.

This spring, Lennar will celebrate the opening of two model homes in Shearwater’s Phase 3 Pinewood neighborhood. The Lincoln plan is part of an intimate collection of affordable luxury townhomes showcasing 1,707 square feet with three bedrooms and two- and one-half baths. Priced from $319,990, the first level of this two-story townhome features an open-concept design, allowing seamless transition between the gathering room, kitchen and nook. A covered lanai offers convenient indoor-outdoor dining and entertaining, while three bedrooms and a loft occupy the second floor.

Lennar’s Truman plan is part of its offering of traditional luxury townhomes, with 1,782 square feet, three bedrooms and two- and one-half baths, priced from $334,990. The kitchen, dining room and living room are arranged among a convenient and contemporary open-concept design on the first level of this two-story home, while a desirable covered lanai allows for indoor-outdoor living and entertaining. On the second floor is a loft for additional shared living space, the spacious owner’s suite and two secondary bedrooms with shared access to a full-sized bathroom.

Lennar also recently released new 24’ rear-load townhome plans in Pinewood. This collection includes three brand-new floorplans never sold in Shearwater: Osprey, Wigeon and Mallard. These single-level and two-story townhomes range from 1,494 to 2,005 square feet with three to four bedrooms and up to two- and one-half baths, priced from $322,990.
