A new collection of residences on 60’ homesites by David Weekley Homes has arrived in Shearwater.

Recently, David Weekley Homes has unveiled its 60′ Riverview model in Shearwater’s recently opened South Creek neighborhood, a true testament to quality and style. Offering both to-be-built and inventory homes, David Weekley provides a range of options to suit diverse needs and preferences.

Lennar will officially open its Lincoln and Truman townhome models in early August. The new models are part of an intimate collection of luxury townhomes showcasing 1,707 to 1,782 square feet, priced from the low $300,000s. In addition, Lennar also launched a collection of rear-load townhomes featuring three brand-new floorplans ranging from 1,494 to 2,005 square feet, priced from the $300,000s.
